There's a few reasons why I wouldn't recommend buying cookie cutter programs online.
1) A program isn't specifically designed for you, your body and your goals. They may look something like this- “To build muscle you need to use progressive overload, add weight every session”. That's great and all but after two or three weeks of doing this you will run into these problems.
-I can't lift any heavier (they did not address what you should do when you plateau).

-I keep hurting myself (they may show you basic techniques but they don't show you how to set up your braces in each exercise)
