Can I get in Shape with an online program?

  • There's a few reasons why I wouldn't recommend buying cookie cutter programs online. 

1) A program isn't specifically designed for you, your body and your goals. Think about this, when you buy a program that has a ripped guy on the cover, you may think wow this guy is in great shape his program must work. - Well the thing is he definitely didn't follow that plan without having it specifically adapted to him. To get great results you need to know your individual volume requirement, your optimum training frequency, your recovery capacity, your nutrition requirements the list goes on…..Not only that but as you adapt to your program so do your requirements, this brings me to reason 2.


2) I have never created a program for a client and said “i'll see you in 12 weeks when your ripped”. As you advance you may need to increase/ decrease your nutrients and volume. Or maybe your super busy at work or school one week and you miss sessions in the gym. My point is for a program to actually be successful you are going to need to know how to individualise it to you and your goals and also adapt and adjust it to ensure you never stop making progress. 


By learning how to create your own programs and adapt it when needed by using what you learn in this course, I promise you that you will get far greater and faster results than any 6,8 or 12 week program you find online.

I've Tried Other Courses Before And They Didn't Work. How Do I Know This Will?

  • There are a few problems with other courses. They don't provide the whole picture. I have done a lot of courses over the years and they all have the same problem. They give some information, but they don't show you how everything relates together. 


They may look something like this- “To build muscle you need to use progressive overload, add weight every session”. That's great and all but after two or three weeks of doing this you will run into these problems. 

-I can't lift any heavier (they did not address what you should do when you plateau). 

-I'm not as strong as I was last week. I seem to be getting weaker! (they didn't address a deload strategy or a proper recovery plan)

-I keep hurting myself (they may show you basic techniques but they don't show you how to set up your braces in each exercise)
